Shar has worked in the waterway management industry for 20 years, first at the Mallee CMA and then in several roles in DEECA focusing on environmental water, including project and program management and policy development. Shar worked on The Living Murray program for over ten years and on Victoria’s Basin Plan environmental works and constraints projects. Shar is currently the Senior Manager of the Environmental Policy team (Waterways Policy and Programs branch) in DEECA
